Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan to scale the organization's programs and increase capacity by 25-50%.
  • Program Development: Enhance program clarity, structure, and effectiveness while remaining responsive to participants' needs.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Build strong relationships with staff, board, and community, fostering a culture of trust and empowerment.
  • Fundraising: Create and implement a comprehensive development plan to diversify funding and strengthen donor relationships.
  • Capacity Building: Streamline administrative systems, increase the number of graduates, and ensure the program prepares them for post-graduation life.
Requirements
  • Proven success leading and growing a nonprofit or significant department with a $500K+ budget and 3+ staff.
  • Broad understanding of nonprofit management, including fundraising, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in the nuances of addiction recovery, with the ability to support youth, staff, and parents effectively.
  • Experience with end-to-end program development.
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and follow-through.
  • Proficient in using MS Office suite, social media, and relational databases.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
  • Health and Dental Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Paid Training.
