The Retail Operations Leader plays a vital role in supporting the Lush retail business and collaborates closely with the Market Leader. Qualifications:
Essential:
3-5 years of experience in retail management.
Strong HR competencies in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management.
Exceptional communication and listening skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in customer service and sales.
Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred:
Experience with customer-centric service models.
Ability to mentor and develop staff through positive feedback.
Proven track record in advancing retail careers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to various systems.
Experience in DEIB initiatives and cross-cultural collaboration.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
