Patient Care Associate II

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate II to join our team in the Emergency Department. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and support, including vital sign monitoring, patient transportation, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Perform phlebotomy procedures and other clinical tasks as assigned.
- CPR training required; phlebotomy training and experience preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent required; nursing student or completion of NWH Patient Care Assistant Training Program a plus.
- 6 months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting.
