Patient Care Associate II

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Patient Care Associate II to join our team in Newton, Massachusetts.
This is a 32-hour per week, night shift position that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and perform unit activities under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse.
- Assist patients with basic activities of daily living and perform tasks specific to the department assigned.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe patient care and smooth unit operations.
- Successful completion of the Patient Care Assistant Proficiency Exam with a score of 80% or better.
- CPR training required.
- Phlebotomy training preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Six months of experience as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent.
