Key Responsibilities- Provide Scientific Knowledge and Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our biologic product and its applications, as well as the reimbursement and distribution landscape for specialist customers.
- Customer Engagement and Education: Provide product educational programs and in-services to customers, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our product and its benefits.
- Business Development and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to generate sales, including identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with GSK's compliance guidelines and values.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of pharmaceutical sales/medical device sales experience.
- Travel and Communication: Ability to travel domestically as necessary, with occasional overnight travel up to 30%.
- Driving and Vehicle Operation: Valid driver's license and ability to drive or operate a vehicle.
- Specialty Products Experience: Experience working with specialty products that utilize Buy & Bill or Specialty pharmacy modes of distribution.
- Payer Reimbursement Experience: Expertise in working with Payer Reimbursement Managers.
- Biologic/Rare Disease/Respiratory Sales Experience: Experience in biologic/rare disease/respiratory sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
