Position Overview:

  • Oversee the daily functions of the ski and snowboard school, guaranteeing outstanding guest service and the effective organization of instructors and support personnel.
  • Address guest and staff concerns, offer coaching and recognition for employee achievements, and conduct seasonal performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employee Manual and Instructor Resource Manual guidelines among staff.
  • Guide and assist in the development of future leaders within the Ski & Snowboard School.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred PSIA/AASI Level 2 or higher certification with strong technical knowledge and teaching capabilities in skiing and snowboarding.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a snow sports school with a supervisory role.
  • Ability to positively influence and support team members, demonstrating high emotional intelligence, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to excellent guest service.
  • Thorough understanding of Ski & Snowboard School operations and strategies for enhancing guest experiences.

Hourly compensation: $36.94. *Starting pay is determined by experience and PSAI or equivalent certifications.*
