We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Dental Specialist to join our team. As a valued member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services in all offices
  • Collaborate with an entire office team to promote trust, connection, and relationship with patients and one-another
  • Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
  • Proactively address patient concerns and provide insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
  • Participate in training programs, regular chart reviews, one-on-one coaching, and company-sponsored CE courses to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Endodontic Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
  • Active California State Dental Board license
  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
