Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Planner to join our team at Northern Impact. As a Medical Planner, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and coordinating healthcare projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement healthcare project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site visits and assess project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare project planning and coordination.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare design principles, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Revit/BIM production for large-scale buildings.
Preferred Qualifications
  • LEED-AP BD+C certification.
  • Professional license in architecture or a related field.
  • Experience working with healthcare clients and projects.
