Job Title: Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Shark Trucking. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.

The estimated salary for this position is $62,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing customer relationships and responding to inquiries in a professional manner
  2. Reconciling vendor statements and maintaining accurate accounts payable records
  3. Creating and sending invoices to customers, as well as collecting payments in a timely fashion
  4. Maintaining accurate financial records and providing regular reports to management

A background in accounting and experience with QuickBooks are essential requirements for this position. We also prefer candidates with experience in auto or truck parts shops or auto repair shops.
