About the Role

The successful candidate will diagnose and repair various heavy machinery equipment, machines, and components. Key responsibilities include diagnosing issues, sourcing parts, customer reporting, communication, and maintaining assets. This position requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnostics and repairs of heavy machinery equipment
  • Sourcing and ordering of parts
  • Customer reporting and communication
  • Maintenance of assets
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment technician preferred
  • Experience in engine, hydraulic, electrical, and emission system repair and maintenance
  • Able to learn and use diagnostic tools effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including occasional weekends
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screenings and background check

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to move objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Constant movement and manual dexterity required
  • Ability to safely maneuver around equipment

Work Environment

  • Varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings
  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, and weather conditions
