As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to patients with a range of conditions, including stroke, brain injury, and neurological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient goals and needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to promote understanding and engagement in the rehabilitation process
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our rehabilitation programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Washington
  • ASHA certification or eligibility for certification
  • Basic Life Support/CPR certification
