Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

· Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities

· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patients' goals

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

· Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

· Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington

· Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

· Current CPR/BLS certification

Salary range: $42 - $53 per hour. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees.
