About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Behavioral Technician - CoEd Program at ReDiscover. As a key member of our team, you will support adults with substance use or co-occurring disorders in an outpatient or residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients, performing regular safety rounds and documenting observations.
  • Facilitate group activities and individualized therapy sessions based on client goals and treatment plans.
  • Exhibit cultural competence and respect in interactions with clients, staff, and guests.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the program space.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive client information.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work a part-time schedule (16 hours a week), Saturday and Sunday 3:00pm - 11:30 pm.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Missouri Class E driver's license upon start date to drive the passenger van.
  • Working knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorders preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and GSuite.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits packages and opportunities for professional growth and development within the organization.
