Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health. As an Ambulatory Nurse Specialist Lead, you will be responsible for assisting Providers by preparing patients for medical exams, assessments, and telephone triage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the clinic administrator to implement and achieve NHMG goals, ensuring effective care is given to provide quality patient care in physician practices.
  • Organize and direct the clinical environment, coordinating teams to ensure effective care is given to provide quality patient care.
  • Establish an authentic personalized relationship with patients and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, delegate, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
  • Utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist patients in navigating their health journey.
  • Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with current policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associates degree or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, required.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem-solving skills, operate personal computer.
