Position Summary:
The Office Support Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities at BBHC. This position primarily involves managing the front desk area, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining organized files, and preparing essential documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties:
- Be punctual and dependable.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls by screening and forwarding them as necessary.
- Deliver messages promptly.
- Receive and manage packages.
- Clerical Support:
- Organize and maintain files efficiently.
- Prepare meeting materials for distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Document meeting minutes accurately.
- Photocopy, file, and scan documents as required.
- Transport materials as requested.
- Additional Duties:
- Prepare materials such as agendas and sign-in sheets.
- Schedule meetings effectively.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach.

Mental and Physical Requirements:
Good health as evidenced by acceptable pre-employment health screening. Ability to function effectively under pressure and maintain a reliable attendance record. A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Consent to background screening processes as mandated by the State is necessary for this position.
