Server - LeadBelly

As a Server at Red Herring Concepts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your primary focus will be on guiding guests through our menu offerings, taking and delivering accurate orders, and processing payments in a timely and efficient manner.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to all requests
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized section of the restaurant
• Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service

• Previous experience as a server or host preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid State Alcohol Certificate and City Alcohol Permit
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
