Job Summary

Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for nursing staff, as well as assessing and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff, including orientation, continuing education, and competency assessment.
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing leaders and staff to identify learning needs and develop targeted educational initiatives.
  • Provide educational support to nursing staff, including one-on-one coaching and group training sessions.
  • Stay current with best practices in nursing education and incorporate evidence-based practices into educational programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or education role.
  • Current RN license in the state of Florida.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with nursing staff, leadership, and other stakeholders.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working primarily in an office setting. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
