International Benefits Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled International Benefits Specialist to join our Corporate HR Operations Team at Planet Professional. As an International Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of HR support to our global HR team, including employee onboarding, transaction processing, and international benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, communicate, maintain, and process the company's benefits programs, including group and individual health, disability, and life insurance.
  • Ensure data integrity, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with other business functions to resolve benefit issues.
  • Provide basic reporting and data analysis in Excel.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of benefits experience, including international benefits.
  • HRIS experience (Oracle preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Comfortable interacting with other business functions to resolve benefit issues.
  • Can provide basic reporting and data analysis in Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Combination of international and domestic benefits experience.
  • Data Analytics.
  • Pivot Tables/V lookups in Excel.
  • Oracle HRIS.
