We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing and Sales Associate to join our team at SGFUSION MANAGEMENT LLC. As an Assistant Manager - Leasing Professional, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing newly constructed apartments in the Buffalo, NY area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents and conduct dynamic tours of model units and properties
  • Assist prospective residents with the completion of online applications
  • Work to meet and exceed occupancy goals, utilizing proven strategies from within our company
  • Utilize online software programs to manage and maintain resident records, work orders, and all communications

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform various leasing and property tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Lease administration and follow-up on payment of deposits and/or fees associated with move-in
  • Accurately generate new leases and have a thorough working knowledge of all leases
  • Walk the property daily, pick up garbage, and ensure the leasing route is marketable
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Property Manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to navigate computer systems and software easily
  • Honesty and integrity
