Job Description:

As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, performing light administrative duties, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
