Job Summary

Actalent is seeking a highly skilled Oil and Gas Quality Control Laboratory Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing various chemical and physical tests on gasoline, diesel, and crude oil. Your expertise in laboratory techniques and quality control procedures will ensure that our clients receive accurate and reliable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform chemical and physical tests on oil and gas samples using ASTM methods and industry standards.
  • Record data on laboratory data sheets and report results to the LIMS system.
  • Maintain quality records, control charts, and laboratory supply inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working with oil, gas, chemicals, or wet chemistry.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a laboratory technician/analyst.
  • Monday to Friday schedule with first shift hours from 8am to 5pm.
