Job Summary

Franjo Restoration is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff. Your primary responsibilities will include managing our PSA and Sage accounting software, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for maintaining our office supplies, equipment, and IT systems. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our accounting software, including AP/AR, payroll, and bank statement reconciliation
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain our office supplies, equipment, and IT systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our staff and customers
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in accounting software and IT systems
