- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage and coordinate office resources, including personnel, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all governmental and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the physician practice manager to achieve business objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead administrative role
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a healthcare management role
