Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lead Mechanic to join our team at CRH. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our mobile equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Diagnose and repair mobile equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Work Area Inspection: Conduct daily inspections of the work area to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately record equipment maintenance, fuel usage, and meter readings to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve equipment problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in mobile equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
