Your Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
Oversee and guide a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians, electricians, machinists, and operators. Provide training, conduct performance assessments, and promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

Safety and Productivity:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Organize and coordinate maintenance tasks to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.

Preventive Maintenance:
Design and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to minimize equipment failures and maximize operational efficiency.

Issue Resolution:
Respond swiftly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out repairs promptly to limit production disruptions.

Documentation and Analysis:

Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, document standard operating procedures, and generate reports on maintenance metrics, including downtime, repair expenses, and equipment reliability.


Collaboration and Improvement:

Work closely with production and management teams to identify equipment challenges and explore opportunities for process enhancements and cost-saving measures.


Stay Informed:
Keep updated on technological advancements and industry best practices in maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:


An Associate degree from a technical institution or a High School diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.

At least 5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance within a high-speed manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and operational equipment and systems.
Ability to thrive in a lean manufacturing environment utilizing continuous improvement methodologies.
Extensive experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and associated programming tools.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
