About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Northpoint Asset Management, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on residential properties. This includes plumbing/sewer, electrical, drywall, paint, carpentry, masonry, roofing, and excavation work.

You will also assist with project management activities such as job scoping, estimating, and material procurement. Additionally, you will ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites and utilize basic knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms for documentation and communication purposes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $25 to $35 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are looking for candidates who are organized, detail/result-oriented, and articulate, with a solid background in various fields of residential construction and maintenance.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in residential construction and maintenance required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required.
