Maintenance Technician Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Walk to State LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal condition of our residential properties in the Raleigh, NC area.
Responsibilities:- Perform routine and emergency repairs on equipment, fixtures, and building systems, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.
- Complete work and repair orders efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, vendors, and colleagues.
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics as necessary to resolve issues.
- Estimate time and extent of repairs accurately.
- Manage material and supply inventory.
- Document pertinent information, including time, cost of materials, and property-specific details.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or trade school certification preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems essential.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
- Previous experience in maintenance or related fields desirable.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment necessary.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and tolerate extreme temperatures.
- Deadline-oriented and detail-focused individual ideal for this role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- Strong technical, mechanical, and problem-solving abilities necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
