Job Overview

E&M Technologies, Inc. is actively seeking a qualified Cybersecurity Analyst to support critical operations. This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and security of information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis, evaluation, and design of intricate tasks through the development of innovative methods and procedures.
  • Define project requirements, develop criteria, and coordinate interdisciplinary efforts to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee and manage the work of team members on significant engineering projects or smaller initiatives with complex features.
  • Maintain and enhance information technology security systems and protocols.
  • Design and implement robust security measures for hardware, software, and network platforms to safeguard against cyber threats.
  • Evaluate existing cybersecurity frameworks and execute upgrades and new procedures as necessary.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments of network hardware and information systems to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technology field.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cybersecurity.
  • At least five (5) years of expertise in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
  • Possession of Security+ certification.
  • Familiarity with Department of Defense and Army cybersecurity policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze IT and business challenges.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively across various functional areas.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CISSP certification.
  • Experience with large enclave networks and standalone systems using the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Knowledge of the Ports, Protocols, and Services Management (PPSM) program.
  • Familiarity with the Army Portfolio Management Solution (APMS).
  • Understanding of DISA STIGs and the IAVM program.
  • Experience in a collaborative team environment.
  • Proven ability to innovate and work independently.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
