Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Maintenance Supervisor who is committed to achieving operational excellence. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, this opportunity is for you.

The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all activities related to the upkeep and repair of vehicles across multiple locations. This role includes providing administrative support for all maintenance operations, coordinating service schedules for all vehicles in the fleet, and managing inventory of supplies as required. Proficiency in computer systems and strong typing skills are essential. Establishing and nurturing relationships with vendors and dealerships is crucial. You will prioritize vehicles that require repairs and manage service schedules effectively.

Compensation: $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with rental vehicle operations and procedures is advantageous. A minimum of 2 years in a management or supervisory position overseeing vehicle maintenance in a multi-location environment is required. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential. Excellent multitasking and communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary. The ability to lead, develop, and inspire staff is important. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
