About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Product Management to join our Core Data team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our data products and platforms. Your work will involve breaking down complex business needs into actionable features and user stories, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discovery & Research: Apply discovery and research techniques to identify internal customer pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Backlog Management: Break down business epics into features and further into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritization & Troubleshooting: Drive day-to-day prioritization of work, troubleshoot reported issues, and oversee releases to ensure smooth product delivery.
  • Technical Exploration: Evaluate and explore new technical approaches to address customer needs effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis to derive insights that drive the development of new product features.
  • User Community Support: Research and troubleshoot data-related issues raised by the data user communities.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of product management experience, or at least 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
  • 1+ years of experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • 1+ years of experience working on data products and platforms powering digital experiences.
  • 1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL.
  • 3+ years of experience with modern data technology (e.g., AWS, Kafka, Snowflake).
