Astrion, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistician to join our team. As a Senior Logistician, you will be responsible for developing, initiating, integrating, and managing all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of watercraft systems, subsystems, and equipment within the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division's Combatant Craft Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective logistics support.
  • Prepare and implement directives to ensure that the assigned workforce is properly trained and equipped.
  • Develop, initiate, integrate, and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems, and equipment.
  • Support integrated logistics processes and develop policies, procedures, and systems to ensure effective logistics support.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in the development of Product Support Packages and coordination of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) of systems and equipment directly related to watercraft.
  • Ability to develop and synchronize support across multiple watercraft configurations and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) and Obsolescence Management, Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Configuration Management (CM), and related Training systems.
  • Current Secret Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under project deadlines.
  • Experience supporting test and evaluation of maritime mechanical systems.
