Crisis Dispatcher Job Description

Community Counseling Solutions is seeking a skilled Crisis Dispatcher to join our team. As a Crisis Dispatcher, you will provide culturally competent and appropriate behavioral health treatment to individuals served by our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and thorough services via telephone or in-person
  • Develop and implement short-term goals with clients
  • Provide follow-up services as needed and make referrals to other resources
  • Collaborate with other community partners to provide comprehensive care
  • Work closely with the Crisis Supervisor to ensure effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a behavioral sciences field or equivalent experience
  • Licensed by the State of Oregon
  • Oregon QMHA certification within 6 months of hire

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to crisis situations. The Crisis Dispatcher will work closely with other team members to provide comprehensive care to individuals in crisis.

Salary: $34.86 per hour depending on experience
