Residential Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Associate to join our team at Community Counseling Solutions. As a Residential Associate, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to residents in our residential treatment facility.

• Provide 24-hour supervision and support to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide comprehensive care and support to residents.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident interactions, progress, and concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and personal auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check required.
• Experience in human services or a related field preferred.

This position requires regular availability for work as scheduled, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate, but occasional loud noises may be present. The employee will also be required to work in the community, which may involve uneven terrain and exposure to everyday risks or discomforts.
