Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Welcome: Greet every guest with a smile and a warm welcome, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Wait List Management: Effectively manage the wait list, keeping guests informed and engaged while they wait.
  • Communication: Communicate guest concerns and feedback to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Phone Handling: Answer the phone within three rings and direct calls to the appropriate team member.
  • Team Support: Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless service.

Requirements

  • Attitude and Personality: Friendly, warm, and caring attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced environment.
