Mobility Equipment Repair Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Mobility City of Louisville. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional repair and maintenance services to our clients across the country.
Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mobility equipment such as wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hospital beds, walkers, and lift chairs. You will also be responsible for delivering, setting up, and demonstrating products to customers, establishing ongoing relationships, and identifying necessary parts for repairs.
As a Field Service Technician, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is crucial in this role.
The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, a working knowledge of electronics troubleshooting, and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in HVAC, auto mechanics, industrial maintenance, or commercial appliance maintenance is highly valued.
