Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of a significant portfolio of rural assets, including let farms, residential property, and other rural properties.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of these assets and progress strategic objectives.
  • Conduct secured lending and other professional valuations, working closely with senior colleagues.
  • Coordinate the work of all business lines involved, ensuring seamless delivery of client services.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Ensure the achievement of key client deliverables, adhering to internal and client process and compliance standards.

Team Leadership:

You will manage and lead a high-performing team on the principal instruction, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Your exceptional leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team members, driving them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified, preferably with 3-5 years PQE and experience in rural land management.
  • CAAV/SAAVA membership or qualification is an advantage.

About the Role:

The estimated salary for this role is £85,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including private medical cover, 27 days annual leave, health screening, gym discounts, wellbeing support, volunteering opportunities, and more.
