Join Our Team as a Medical Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at MSO - Comprehensive OB/GYN. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories
  • Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals, as well as prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies
  • Administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy
  • Answer phone calls and screen referrals
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or twelve months of direct clinical patient care experience in a healthcare setting
  • Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials is highly preferred
