We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Coordinator to join our team at Disability Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for providing preventive and reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds.

About the Role

This is a full-time contract position that will last for 04 months. You will work in Anaheim, California, and be responsible for maintaining our facilities, including routine inspections of fire safety systems and facility grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide preventative and reactive maintenance on facilities equipment and grounds
  • Perform routine inspections of fire safety systems and facility grounds
  • Maintain basic carpentry and physical structure of the facility
  • Coordinate with vendors for contracted work

You will work closely with our facilities team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $40 - $45 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications. Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years of post-secondary/associates degree with 0-2 years of related experience
  • Ability to develop job knowledge and skills

PREFERRED SKILLS:
• Experience with CMMS software
• OSHA, NFPA, EPA education or professional credentials
• HVAC, Plumbing or Electrical certifications
