We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Nintendo. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Quality Program, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage quality control activities, including vendor management, supplier onboarding, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to issue and maintain inspection records, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Forecast work volume and staffing levels, and manage budget and resource planning.
- 10 years of quality control experience, with 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of quality control theory, quality standards, practices, and systems.
- Practical experience in production operations, supply chain management, and materials fabrication.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and methods.
- Ability to perform quality system and manufacturing process audits.
- Undergraduate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
- Formal education in quality control or equivalent preferred.
- Certification as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.
- Base salary range of $137,000.00 - $246,500.00 annually.
- Potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
