Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage quality control activities, including vendor management, supplier onboarding, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to issue and maintain inspection records, reports, and corrective action plans.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Forecast work volume and staffing levels, and manage budget and resource planning.
Requirements
  • 10 years of quality control experience, with 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of quality control theory, quality standards, practices, and systems.
  • Practical experience in production operations, supply chain management, and materials fabrication.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques and methods.
  • Ability to perform quality system and manufacturing process audits.
  • Undergraduate degree in business, manufacturing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Formal education in quality control or equivalent preferred.
  • Certification as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or Quality Auditor preferred.
What We Offer
  • Base salary range of $137,000.00 - $246,500.00 annually.
  • Potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus.
