Job SummaryWe are seeking a Floor Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing cleaning and upkeep services to assigned areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for clients and employees.
Responsibilities- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities, including floors, furniture, fixtures, and equipment
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, coworkers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
- Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No experience required; on-the-job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- Preferred qualifications: customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience
