We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and transparency, working with a diverse range of brands to create custom blends of dietary supplements, vitamins, and nutraceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collect retain samples for all raw material ingredients.
- Assist in the technical aspects of product development.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and manage material stock integrity.
- Ensure readiness of production areas and verify sanitation records.
- Prepare and sanitize blending containers as required.
- Accurately document material usage and adjustments in inventory records.
- Perform scale calibrations and pre-weigh batches according to established guidelines.
- Label containers appropriately to identify products and blends.
- Load blending equipment with materials and operate machinery following safety protocols.
- Conduct cleaning and maintenance of blending equipment and tools.
- Monitor quality criteria during blending processes and address any concerns promptly.
- Handle the loading and unloading of materials and components as necessary.
- Utilize manual pallet jacks and floor cleaning equipment as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize critical tasks.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks and equipment simultaneously.
- Basic mathematical skills for understanding weights and production metrics.
- Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs and maintain standing positions for extended periods.
