Job Overview

LakeHouse Three Rivers is seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team.

  • As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • You will manage calls and messages, handle requests, and provide information on various topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the front desk and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  2. Answer and direct calls, take messages, and communicate with team members.
  3. Collate materials, prepare meal tickets, and perform other administrative tasks.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience)

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three years of customer service experience and/or training preferred.
