We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at LakeHouse Three Rivers. This role plays a crucial part in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, residents, and employees.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Taking complete messages and communicating them to the relevant parties.
  • Greeting residents, visitors, and employees, answering inquiries, and providing directions.
  • Preparing meal tickets for team members and family members.
  • Updating the Resident Phone List, Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register daily.
  • Managing appointments for residents and family members.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Distributing mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
  • Maintaining resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
  • Ongoing adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $30,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, and paid holidays. You will also be eligible to participate in our outstanding 401(k) plan with a company match and our Employee Assistance Program.
