Job Description

The Dignify Solutions LLC is seeking a highly experienced QA Test Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of test strategies, plans, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Manage onshore/offshore teams and client interactions to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
  • Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and maintain overall test methodologies and strategies, including test estimation, planning, and execution.
  • Test Execution and Reporting: Ensure test coverage and requirement traceability, review test scenarios and test cases, and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Interact with development and BA teams to triage defects and requirement clarifications, and work independently to demonstrate ownership on tasks assigned.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain KPIs and metrics, and provide status and risk reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of experience in a role delivering large multifunctional projects.
  • Strong P&C domain experience.
  • Experience defining test strategies, test plans, and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile).
  • Experience in developing and maintaining overall test methodologies and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in customer environments, managing client stakeholders, and their business priorities.
  • Experience in test automation and test process standardization.
  • Strong understanding of SQL concepts, including Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining overall test methodologies and strategies.
