Job Overview

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a Patient Services Manager to lead our Patient Services Team in an Acute Care setting. This role is responsible for establishing goals and overseeing the implementation of patient food services needs based on medical direction and patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement patient food services goals and objectives
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of patient service team members
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and special diets
  • Collaborate with the patient services team to achieve patient satisfaction goals
  • Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Associate degree with one year of experience in food services or a related field
  • Certified Dietary Manager certificate or Registered Dietitian preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in food service management in an acute care setting
  • ServSafe certification desirable
