Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician/Used Car Mechanic to join our team in Chandler. As a key member of our service department, you will perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance as assigned, adhering to dealer and factory standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service advisors, and other technicians to ensure efficient production and customer satisfaction.
  • Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs as authorized by customers.
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to recommend necessary repairs and ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
  • Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Maintain an inventory of normal technician tools and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs).
  • Attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Valid in-state driver's license and a safe driving record.
