Job Summary: As a Human Resources Director at Auto-Fit Inc., you will be responsible for developing and administering company-wide human resources policies, procedures, and practices. Your primary goal is to promote positive employee relations through the design, communication, and interpretation of human resources policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and five to eight years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR laws and regulations. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively influence management when necessary.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruiting and retention strategies, succession planning, and exit interview processes. You will also analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations on various human resources issues. Additionally, you will coordinate training programs, personal and career development, performance appraisal processes, compensation systems, and diversity and benefit programs.

You will work closely with employees at all levels, from various backgrounds, and be able to articulate the organization's value proposition. You must be a strategic thinker who can see long-term goals and balance against short and intermediate-term needs. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential in this role.
