Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Payroll Clerk to manage all aspects of our time and attendance payroll system. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll processing by verifying documentation related to daily hours worked and incentive pay for union employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Input, review, and resolve payroll exceptions for daily timecards using the ADP E-Time system.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors and Operators to gather accurate payroll and production information.
  • Record daily production data and enter it into the time and attendance system.
  • Reconcile daily pay and production summaries, and track pay adjustments while maintaining related spreadsheets.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries, support the payroll team, and perform additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with ADP E-Time or similar payroll systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a union environment.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Proficient in spreadsheet programs, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
