Job Summary:

Four Winds Casinos is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Audit Clerk to join our team. As a Revenue Audit Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately performing daily audits and data entry in a timely manner, ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the Revenue Accounting Division of the Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive clerical functions and audits of daily revenue and other casino information.
  • Enter daily information into revenue audit report forms, run reports, review documentation for accuracy.
  • Track coupons used on property, record variances and other accounting-related functions.
  • Review casino transactions for compliance with Minimum Internal Control Standards, and Federal and State tax reporting requirements.
  • Evaluate various situations, with respect to revenue audits, and determine how to handle the situation.
  • Handle win-loss and W-2G requests, effectively exchanging and understanding information, verbally or in writing with guests ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure a maximum level of property-wide service and satisfaction, in the area of revenue auditing, is achieved and maintained.
  • Facilitate the flow of information throughout the property, by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Held accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records, data entry, and reports.
  • Assigned audits and duties include work from multiple properties and/or online gaming.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or preferred.
  • Casino Revenue Audit experience strongly preferred.
  • Must possess effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with audits preferred.
  • Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate, with superior spreadsheet skills and the ability to perform repetitive, clerical tasks.
  • This position requires a Level 2 Gaming License.
