Production Leader for AAA PC and Console ARPG Project

Project OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Production Leader to join our team for a new AAA PC and Console ARPG project. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, driving projects forward, and cultivating a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of the game development process.
- Work closely with discipline team leads to maintain organizational structure, processes, and project plans.
- Advocate for goals and team principles to foster a healthy and supportive work environment.
- Identify potential hazards and guide the team to mitigate risks.
- Develop and communicate best practices across the team.
- Build strong communication channels across distributed teams in multiple time zones.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and QA to deliver polished gameplay.
- Communicate the game's vision to external partners and leverage resources from the larger organization.
- Milestone planning and execution to ensure alignment with production, alpha, beta, and go-to-market preparations.
- 10+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams through game development.
- Extensive knowledge of game development processes and fluency in RPG, ARPG, and Looter Shooter game systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Experience with project management tools and Unreal Engine-based projects.
- Competitive salary range: $163,400 - $241,820 per year.
